    System features

    ·The dimming system is simple, flexible, easy to operate and easy to maintain.

    ·Adopt the reserved 05V analog dimming control mode to control the output current of the lamp to realize the brightness level change of the lamp, and can respond to the signal instructions of the external control system in time and make corresponding actions.

    ·It can realize 0-255 stepless dimming function, and can set the control time and dimming level arbitrarily, which can meet the dimming control needs of any different lighting occasions.

    ·The system startup time is short. When the tunnel power supply is switched, the lamp restart time and the system response time are ≤0.1s.

    ·With memory function, when the system power is restored, it can automatically enter the dimming setting state before the power failure.

    ·With time control, centralized remote control and local control functions, the control time can be set according to the customer's own needs, and multiple different controls can be set every day.

    Dimming system

    ·The dimming system has remote control and local control. The remote control mode is to control the dimming level of the lamps through the PC in the main control room;

    ·Local control mode can implement dimming level control of lamps through the dimming system control cabinet; the dimming level is divided into 0-255 level control. The dimming console of this system can only be used in one mode;

    ·The remote control has automatic and manual dimming modes. The automatic dimming mode is to control and dimming the lamps in the tunnel according to a preset method; the manual dimming mode is to dimming the lamps in the tunnel according to the current needs.

    ·The overall control principle of enhanced lighting is: the stronger the light intensity outside the cave (the brighter), the greater the lighting power inside the cave, that is, the stronger the lighting brightness inside the cave, and vice versa.

    ·For the brightness control of the basic lighting, according to the current time. The user can set the start and end time of the basic lighting at night, and set the lighting power at night and during the day. The system controls the basic lighting output according to the current time and the user set time and lighting power.

    ·The control of enhanced lighting mainly comes from the measurement of brightness outside the cave, and the output of enhanced lighting is determined according to the brightness outside the cave. The user can set the turn-on and turn-off time of the enhanced lighting. When the transmitter used to measure the brightness outside the cave fails or cannot be used for maintenance, the user can set the enhanced lighting to be controlled by the current time.

    ·Real-time alarm clock

    The system has a real-time clock and is equipped with a backup power supply. It can still work for a long time when the system is powered off or the power supply is replaced, so that the clock will not be lost


    Monitoring and control

    ·The console adopts an embedded solution, which can realize network monitoring, set and query parameters, and users can access it through Ethernet, which is convenient and clear.

    The dimming control platform is equipped with a network cable interface, which can realize remote control, resident control, current working status display, vehicle inspection indication, fault alarm indication, operation prompt information, as well as serial port configuration, timing, basic lighting parameter reading and setting, and strengthening lighting parameters Reading and setting, work record query, log query, fault handling, troubleshooting and exit functions. The entire control system is simple and flexible to operate. It only needs an external PC to realize the dimming control function. The operation interface on the PC can display the working conditions of each lamp in real time, and provide time control options and dimming levels.
